Poland sets new date for mandatory eInvoicing implementation

On April 26, 2024, the Polish Minister of Finance set new dates for the obligatory eInvoicing system, KSeF.

Here's what you need to know:

  • Businesses with an annual sales value exceeding PLN 200 million must comply starting February 1, 2026.
  • All other businesses will follow suit from April 1, 2026.
