On April 26, 2024, the Polish Minister of Finance set new dates for the obligatory eInvoicing system, KSeF.

Here's what you need to know:

Businesses with an annual sales value exceeding PLN 200 million must comply starting February 1, 2026.
All other businesses will follow suit from April 1, 2026.
