Account Manager (36-40 hours)

Are you the one who notices?
Somewhere in your portfolio, there’s an opportunity no one has spotted yet.
A contract that’s about to expire. A customer who sounds just a little different than they did last quarter. No one has brought it up yet.

Many account managers wait until a customer asks for more. We’re looking for someone who acts sooner. Someone who listens closely, asks the right follow-up questions, and recognizes opportunities before the customer has fully identified them.

At Pincvision, you don’t manage customers, you develop the relationship. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of international customers and get to know their businesses quickly and thoroughly. You’ll have the responsibility and freedom to dig deeper than any account plan could prescribe. You pick up on what a customer isn’t saying out loud yet, and you’re the one who starts the conversation.

That’s how you create revenue growth yourself. You help customers stay with us because they feel understood and because our services continue to meet their changing needs. There’s no fixed script. There are clear commercial goals, though, and you have the freedom to decide how you reach them.

You take the time to understand your customers’ organizations and the challenges they face. Along the way, you work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
What will you do?
Back to that customer we mentioned earlier, and all the others in your portfolio. You will be commercially responsible for a portfolio of existing international customers and for all the growth potential within it.

For each account, you define a clear strategy and actively build a pipeline of new opportunities. By talking with stakeholders at the operational, tactical, and strategic levels, you gain a clear understanding of their ambitions, challenges, and changing needs.

More specifically, you:
- build lasting relationships with the people who truly matter within your accounts;
- identify, qualify, and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
- build and manage an active commercial pipeline within your existing portfolio;
- conduct periodic business reviews to discuss customer satisfaction, developments, and growth potential;
- manage contract renewals, commercial agreements, customer retention, and revenue growth;
- work closely with internal specialists to translate customer needs into relevant solutions and propositions;
- keep customer information, opportunities, pipeline data, and forecasts up to date in HubSpot.
What do you bring?
You’re curious. Not casually interested, but genuinely curious. You keep asking questions until you understand what’s really going on with your customer, and you don’t settle for the problem as it appears on paper. You build relationships based on genuine interest, move easily between conversations with a procurement manager and a managing director, and feel at home in an international B2B environment.

Looking for a quiet role where you visit a customer once a quarter, keep up with your inbox, and handle most interactions through messages? Then this is not the job for you.

But are you looking for a portfolio with plenty of untapped opportunities, where you decide what the next step should be? Do you enjoy working with international customers and tackling challenges that are never quite the same? Do you prefer a good conversation over an email, and personal contact over an automated follow-up? Then we’d like to talk.

In addition, you also bring:
- a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking;
- at least five years of experience in account management or key account management within a B2B services environment;
- experience conducting consultative and commercial conversations with stakeholders at different levels of an organization;
- a proven track record of generating revenue growth within existing customer portfolios;
- experience working with commercial targets, account plans, pipeline management, and forecasting;
- experience with a CRM system, preferably HubSpot;
- excellent command of English, allowing you to independently conduct commercial conversations with international customers.
The team
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll join an engaged, results-driven Sales & Marketing team. Within Sales, you’ll work alongside two Business Development Managers, an Account Manager, a Sales Coordinator, and the Sales Manager.

Together, you work with international customers and build long-term customer relationships and sustainable commercial growth. Thanks to the close collaboration with Marketing and Operations, you can move quickly and besides that you will have every opportunity to independently develop your accounts.
What does Pincvision offer?
You’ll have plenty of responsibility and freedom within an international organization where communication is direct and decisions can be made quickly. You’ll work with international customers on complex compliance challenges, and you will decide how to turn those opportunities into success.

In addition, we offer:
- a gross monthly salary between € 4.200 and € 5.750 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your knowledge and experience;
- an attractive benefits package, as outlined in our employee handbook;
- opportunities for targeted training and professional development;
- hybrid working and a high degree of flexibility in organizing your work;
- an engaged, results-driven team that also makes room for humor and having a good time together.
