What this means for your Business

With the introduction, you will be required to use the KSeF platform for all your invoicing activities. It's your company's responsibility to ensure that you can communicate with KSeF by sending all invoices in XML format via an API, adhering to all necessary data fields, authorizations, and authentications.

Businesses with an annual sales value exceeding PLN 200 million must comply starting February 1, 2026.
All other businesses will follow suit from April 1, 2026.
