We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thinking ahead about architecture and helping other developers grow technically, without giving up hands-on development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing software yourself, building new applications and expanding existing solutions.
- Making and substantiating technical decisions regarding architecture, integrations, data transformation and reusable components.
- Supporting developers with complex challenges and contributing to the team's technical quality.
- Working with business analysts to translate functional requirements into smart, achievable solutions.
- Contributing to code reviews, development standards and maintainable software.
- Exploring new technologies, including the practical possibilities of agentic AI.
You will work closely with our developers, business analysts and IT architect. You will have the freedom to contribute ideas and influence the technical development of our platform.
You recognise yourself in the following:
- You have extensive experience in software development, preferably with OutSystems or a comparable enterprise low-code platform.
- You understand how applications, processes, data and integrations are interconnected and can make technical decisions independently.
- You enjoy thinking about reusable solutions, software quality and maintainability.
- You are curious about new technologies and enjoy exploring where they genuinely add value.
- You have a good command of English.
You do not need to be familiar with all the technologies used within our RegTech platform. What matters most to us is that you have a good understanding of technical concepts, can develop solutions independently and can quickly get to grips with new technologies.
In addition, we offer:
- A gross monthly salary of €4.145 to €6.708 based on a 40-hour working week, depending on your knowledge and experience, excluding the PKB.
- A one-year employment contract for 32–40 hours per week.
- Hybrid working. For collaboration and coordination, you will spend most of your time at our office in Doetinchem, but you can also work from home part of the time if you prefer.
- Training opportunities to support your further development.
- A travel expense scheme and a lease bike scheme with an employer contribution.
And just as importantly: colleagues you can exchange ideas with, short communication lines, and room for humour and a friendly atmosphere.
Your start date will be agreed upon together.
