Printing documents (on location)

After your requested documents have been attested by the Chamber of Commerce, they are printed out. You determine the location for printing the documents. We offer the following options:

• Printing on location (worldwide)
• Printing at Pincvision

Documents which do not require validation by an embassy and/or a foreign affairs department may be printed on location. At your request, Pincvision installs a dedicated printer at the location of your choosing. The advantage of this is that the processing time for the documents is shortened considerably and the shipping or courier costs are reduced since the documents no longer have to be mailed.

Of course you still always have the option of having your documents printed at Pincvision. We send the documents to the embassy for you, to your office, to your customer or to your logistics company. Using your own login, you can see the exact status of your documents in Export Documents in Control.
