Your right to privacy is very important to us. We confirm that you have decided to share your personal information with us, and you expect us to handle it carefully and trustfully. To meet this requirements we have put a privacy-policy in place which will protect your personal data. Of course do our precautions meet the recent privacy law (GDPR, May 25, 2018).

PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Pincvision can process personal data about you, because you are making use of the services of Pincvision and/or because you provided the data yourself when filling out a (contact-) form on the Pincvision website. Pincvision can process the following personal data:

  • Your phone number
  • Your email address

WHY DOES PINCVISION NEEDS PERSONAL DATA

Pincvision processes your personal data to be able to contact you if you have requested so and/or to approach you in writing (by email and/or by post) and/or to inform you about related corporate news and events. In addition, Pincvision can use your personal data in the framework of an engagement agreement.

HOW LONG DOES PINCVISION STORE THE PERSONAL DATA

Pincvision does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is collected.

DATA SHARING WITH OTHERS

Pincvision only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary to implement an agreement with you or, to fulfil a statutory obligation.

TRACKING WEBSITE VISITS

On the Pincvision website, general visit data are kept, including the IP address of your computer and the retrieval time and data your browser sends. This data is used for visiting-analyses and analyses of click-patterns on the website. Pincvision uses this information to improve the website. This data is anonymized as far as possible and will not be provided to third parties.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Pincvision uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website and monitor the effectiveness of Pincvision AdWords advertisements on Google search result pages. The information thus acquired, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Please read Google’s privacy policy for more information. You will also find the privacy policy of Google Analytics here. Google uses this information to monitor how our website is used, to be able to provide reports about the Website to Pincvision and to offer information about the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns.

Google can provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. Pincvision has no influence on this.

Pincvision has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained via Pincvision for other Google services.

VIEWING, AMENDING OR DELETING PERSONAL DATA

You are entitled to view, change or delete your personal data that Pincvision stores. You may send a request to view, correct or delete data to info@pincvision.com. Pincvision will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than a period of four weeks.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

In case you are no longer interested in receiving Pincvision’s Newsletter, corporate news or event invitations, you can unsubscribe instantly and easy. Just click the unsubscribe button in the footer of each message. After this, you will no longer receive this type of communication from Pincvision.

COOKIES

Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual's hard drive for record-keeping purposes while at the site.
