Another delay has been announced.
Today at the press conference of the Polish Ministry of Finance it has been announced that the obligatory eInvoicing will not come into force in 2024 because the Ministry found some errors in the system and they need to perform an external IT audit of the system. In addition a new public consultation will be held before launching a new date. So at this point it is not known when the e-invoicing will become mandatory in Poland, it will not be before 2025.
