Milestone
A smooth transition was our goal, and I am so happy to share that we have achieved this! Our first customers have now fully transitioned! The move to DMS was seamless, a joint achievement of the Pincvision and AEB team. Our collaboration has resulted in a great success, proof of the strength of sharing our knowledge and expertise.
Success through effort and collaboration
From gathering data to drafting and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), every moment was an opportunity to learn and grow. I've learned about project management, making effective strides in my personal development.
Testing the customer environment and communication with DMS was nerve-wracking. But now, after the successful GO-live day, I can confidently say: we did so well! This demonstrates our commitment and determination to always provide top quality and service to our customers. An achievement we can be proud of.
We are at the start of a new era in customs handling, and this first success is just the beginning. Our customers are ready for this change, and I look forward to continuing and further developing this journey with them.
My passion for customs legislation and innovation drives my personal and professional development. It's an incredibly fun time to be active in customs handling, and I look forward to the many successes and market developments that are yet to come.
What's Next?
The end of the implementation is approaching quickly, and more and more companies are joining the DMS system of the Dutch Customs, including our valued customers at Pincvision! In my next update, I'll gladly share more about their experiences. So, stay tuned!
Thank you for reading this short introductory blog. In my upcoming posts, I will tell you more about the progress of the DMS implementation and its impact.
