On June 30, the Polish Ministry of Finance has announced changes to the Polish SAFT. The technical changes will apply as from January 1, 2022, but the content changes will be applicable as from reporting period July 2021.

In relation to the content changes, it is now mentioned that the MPP code for split payments can also be used when this mechanism is applied voluntarily. In addition the use of the GTU-codes is clarified, the PKWiU codes (codes of Polish Statistical Classification of Goods and Services) are listed for each GTU code.
