Lithuania has introduced a modernised digital platform for Intrastat reporting, replacing its previous reporting system. The updated IDAIS platform became operational on 1 June 2026 and is now the sole channel for submitting Intrastat reports for both arrivals and dispatches.

The change follows the implementation of updated national rules governing the completion, submission, and acceptance of Intrastat declarations. Your organization can submit declarations either through the online IDAIS portal or via direct system-to-system integration. Historical Intrastat filings dating back to June 2024 are also being transferred to the new environment.
