Greece launches phased eInvoicing rollout via MYDATA from 2026

Starting February 2, 2026, large companies in Greece with revenues exceeding €1 million in fiscal year 2023 will be required to issue electronic invoices.

The mandate applies to resident businesses for all B2B transactions, domestic and export (non EU transactions). All other resident taxpayers will be required to issue electronic invoicing from October 2026. The Greek system is a centralized system through the existing MYDATA platform.
