Free Trade Agreement between Israel and the United States

Certificate of Origin can be replaced by an Invoice declaration after March 31, 2018.

The Certificate of Origin will no longer be necessary after March 31, 2018. Instead U.S. exporters will now be required to complete a declaration (“Invoice Declaration”) on the invoice, delivery note, or any other commercial document accompanying the shipment. Please see the sample invoice declaration below, which you can copy & paste:

I, the undersigned, hereby declare that unless otherwise indicated, the goods covered by this document fully comply with the rules of origin and the other provisions of the Agreement on the Establishment of a Free Trade Area between the Government of Israel and the Government of the United States of America.
