De Graafschap OldStars: football that keeps people connected

Football does not stop after the final match. The players of De Graafschap OldStars prove that every month. Through Walking Football, former players stay active, meet regularly and contribute to social initiatives across the Achterhoek region. It is an initiative that Pincvision has proudly supported for many years.

As a long-standing partner of De Graafschap and its Youth Academy, Pincvision has been involved in initiatives that reflect our strong connection with the region. De Graafschap OldStars has been part of that commitment for many years. Through this initiative, former players not only stay active, but also use their experience and involvement to contribute to the Achterhoek community.

For Pincvision, this fits seamlessly with the social initiatives we are proud to support. “At Pincvision, we believe it is important to stay closely connected to the region in which we work,” says Carola, Brand & Sr. Marketing Manager at Pincvision. “De Graafschap OldStars is a great example of that. The initiative brings people together, keeps former players active and shows how sport can continue to make a difference beyond the pitch. We are proud to contribute to that.

De Graafschap also recognises the social value of the OldStars.“De Graafschap OldStars shows how football brings people together. The players stay active, meet regularly and contribute to social initiatives across the Achterhoek region. This reflects the role De Graafschap aims to play within the region,” says Marco, Managing Director of De Graafschap.

De Graafschap OldStars shows that the connection with the club and the region does not end when an active football career comes to an end. That is exactly what makes this initiative so valuable. Pincvision is proud to support it.
