The Regulation (EU) 2018/1063 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/2446 on the Union Customs Code was published in the official Journal L 192 of the European Union on July 30, 2018.

It entered into force last July 31, 2018. The changes include a recast of the tern exporter for commercial consignments and a minor extension of the list of rules of Annex 22-01.
