The PCEC program (PROGRAMME OF VERIFICATION OF CONFORMITY) for Congo-Brazzaville will be officially re-launched on July 5th, 2023. As of this date, all shipments to Congo – Brazzaville should be accompanied by a PCEC certificate.

The program was launched May 1, 2022, but postponed soon after.

In addition, the program is only applicable for shipments with a value of 1 000 000 XOF (€1 525) (FOB value) or higher.

The request for a conformity certificate can be handled under Route A, Route B (Registration) or Route C (licensing).
