Sales Strategy Coordinator

What you'll do
You’ll bring structure, insight, and connection within the Sales team and across departments. Thanks to your overview and analyses, we know where we stand, where the opportunities are, and what needs priority.

Concretely, this means:
• Manage relationships. Maintain contact with a set group of customers with growth potential (“bronze & silver clients”) and ensure they stay satisfied while getting more out of our collaboration
• Connect teams. Act as the go-to person for commercial questions and quickly switch between sales, marketing, and operations
• Turn data into action. Analyze revenue, customer development, and sales funnel data, translating this into concrete improvement opportunities
• Build structure. Organize HubSpot, monitor progress, and ensure commercial and customer information is accurate and up to date
• Support and signal. Assist the Sales Manager with analyses, reports, and follow-up on commercial actions
• Report and improve. Create monthly analyses, identify trends, and help implement improvements in our processes

Who you are
• You are proactive, structured, and analytically strong.
• You easily switch between strategy and operations.
• You’re not afraid to address the team on progress, while maintaining trust.
• You thrive in a supportive yet content-driven role.
• You are communicatively skilled in both Dutch and English (Cambridge C1 level or higher).
• You have experience with CRM systems like HubSpot (or learn quickly).
• You work independently but enjoy collaboration and connection.
• Salary indication: €4,200 – €5,750 based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience.

More about the Sales & Marketing team
You’ll work with two Sales Hunters, an Account Manager, the Sales Manager (your direct sparring partner), and the Commercial Director. Together with the marketing team, we form one close-knit commercial unit with short lines and lots of energy.

We work hybrid, but you’ll find us in the office every week for meetings, brainstorming, or just a good conversation.

You’ll have plenty of room to improve processes and take initiative. We’ll make sure you have the tools, data, and support to make it happen.
