Content Marketer (32-40 hours)

Do you want to make an impact with your campaigns?
At Pincvision, content isn’t about likes — it’s about influence. You make sure the right companies — multinationals like Oracle, Lenovo, Danone, and Giant — get to know us, understand what we do, and see us as the expert in international trade compliance.

A role with real impact, because your campaigns shape how the world’s biggest companies view Pincvision.

Why you'll love this job:
The market we operate in is changing fast. That calls for marketing that’s sharp, creative, and opportunity-driven — and you play a key role in that.
You’ll experiment with new angles, AI tools, and creative formats that perform. Your work drives visibility, leads, and growth. And that thrill when a lead comes in thanks to your campaign? It never gets old.
What you'll be doing
You’ll turn our expertise into stories that stick — with clients, prospects, and anyone involved in international trade. You’ll build visibility, boost brand awareness, and show why companies around the world choose Pincvision.

Concretely, that means:

• Content that resonates. You develop formats that work — from blogs and videos with our specialists to LinkedIn campaigns that hit the right audience.
• Campaigns that deliver. You create (advertising) campaigns that make a real difference in reach and lead generation.
• Events that connect. You organize and promote our webinars, client days, and knowledge sessions — moments that put our people and expertise in the spotlight.
• Emails that engage. You write customer emails and newsletters that don’t get lost in the inbox but actually get read.
• Visibility that leads. You ensure we’re found in (AI) search engines through relevant, high-quality content.

You’ll see the results of your work directly. In HubSpot, you can track leads, performance, and outcomes in real time — ideal for optimizing campaigns and proving your impact.
Who are you going to work with?
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and our subject-matter experts. You’ll hear firsthand what’s happening with clients, which market developments are coming, and what this means for (potential) customers. You’ll use that input to make your content sharp, timely, and relevant. You’ll have plenty of freedom to test ideas — but you’ll never stand alone.

The marketing team consists of a data-driven marketing colleague, a marketing manager, and an external online marketing agency that supports our advertising campaigns.
Your knowledge, experience and talents
What you'll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in (online) marketing, digital marketing, or communications
• At least 4 years of experience with content and online campaigns
• Experience with HubSpot (a big plus)
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT/Copilot
• Creative design skills to make visuals look great (e.g., Canva/Photoshop)
• Strong writing and speaking skills in both Dutch and English (must-have)
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and deadline management skills
• Enthusiasm and drive to achieve results

What you'll get:
• A role with direct impact on our growth
• And room to grow yourself — whether you want more responsibility in campaigns or to deepen your expertise in marketing automation, we’ll support you
• Freedom to develop and launch your own ideas and initiatives
• Hybrid working and a salary that matches your experience (€4,000–€4,600 for 40 hours)
• Great secondary benefits and training opportunities
• A team where you’ll feel at home quick
More about the Marketingteam
An enthusiastic team of two employees and the Brand & Sr. Marketing Manager, to whom you report. We meet regularly with our Sales colleagues and maintain short communication lines to stay aligned on what’s happening with customers and in the market.
Even though Marketing and Sales are two different teams, we truly operate as one.

The marketing team is often described as enthusiastic, curious, and a little headstrong. We love to take action — and to laugh. And if a campaign doesn’t perform as we hoped? We learn, improve, and move forward.
