About Exportdocuments.com
Pincvision has a subsidiary called "Exportdocuments.com". This is a webshop aimed at SMEs and logistics service providers who export internationally. Our webshop makes it easy to request the required documents for international shipments. From export declarations to certificates of origin. We provide a secure, flexible, complete and fast solution.
What will you do?
As an Accountmanager, your main goal is to bring in new customers through cold calling. With a passion for sales and a big dose of perseverance, you will do whatever it takes to grow our customer base.

But that's not all. You will also play a critical role in maintaining relationships with existing customers and activating customers who have created an account but not yet placed an order. You can rely on the expertise of our customer service team and have access to marketing resources to help you achieve your goals. You will be expected to think proactively and indicate what you need to achieve these goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and executing customer visits, taking into account customer needs and exploiting commercial opportunities.
• Generate revenue growth by up-selling with existing customers and acquiring new customers.
• Proactively gather strategic information about competitors and customers to strengthen our position in the market.
• Keeping accurate records of contacts, emails and visit reports in our HubSpot CRM system.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering real value to our customers. You have strong communication skills, are proactive and have the drive to achieve results. You will also have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken.
