A DAY AS EMPLOYEE AT THE ENVIRONMENTAL DEPARTMENT
You enter our beautiful office, start up your laptop and you get yourself a nice cup of coffee. Have a nice chat with one of your colleagues and then you get to work. Which international customers are you going to help today to meet their challenge in complying with Environmental legislation.
Via email or by direct contact with the customer, it becomes clear what needs to be done. You have the overview and will discuss with the rest of the team how this should be tackled and actions will be divided among the Environmental team. You explain the actions and link back to the customer in the English language. What a wonderful feeling to be of added value.
Now it is time for a delicious lunch together with your colleagues from all Pincvision departments in our beautiful company restaurant.
In the afternoon, a team meeting takes place about the customers within your range. Together, you discuss the (possible) challenges in the area of legislation or for obtaining the right data. You pick up some actions yourself. You log out satisfied and go home. Tomorrow, a new day will start again!

We do this through a unique combination of expertise, innovative software solutions, customer orientation and a global scope. We have experts in laws and regulations in the field of VAT, Intrastat, Environment, Customs and Export documents. High service & Quality is our priority.
Our organization is managed by a three-person management. This includes the various operational departments, including Environmental. The Environmental department currently has 6 employees. At the department, we work with pleasure and we like to keep humor around during the day. So make sure you can handle a joke once in a while.
In addition to the internal job satisfaction, we listen carefully to our customers, speak the language of the customer, offer best-in-class services and turn feedback into added value and services for our customers.
As an Environmental Compliance Specialist, you ensure that our customers comply with legislation in the field of WEEE, batteries and packaging. You are jointly responsible for the correctness of the content of the environmental-related declarations and the administrative settlement thereof. In cooperation with the data analyst, you translate the customer's data into obligations.
You have frequent contact with your customers, to which you are the first point of contact. you provide them with the right advice on environmental legislation and support them in this field. You also have regular contact with environmental authorities in various European countries, on environmental-related issues.
You work together with your team to achieve the set goals on a daily basis and you have a lot of contact with the sales department about your customers. In addition, you take responsibility for, among other planning, quality, monitoring, customer satisfaction and you take initiative to improve existing processes and the operational management.
WHO ARE YOU
First of all, you get a lot of energy and satisfaction from working with and for customers. You become enthusiastic about the idea that you work in a Dutch company that relieves the largest international companies from their obligations. You would like to have your own responsibilities with which you can organize your own activities within the guidelines. You feel responsible for the overall Environmental scope together with the team. You have perfect communication skills and you are a good listener. Furthermore, you do not have any trouble with verbal communication.

Furthermore you have
- Minimum HBO working and thinking level
- A completed HBO study program (preferably in a fiscal, legal, economic or business direction)
- Good command of the Dutch and English language in speaking and writing
- Excellent knowledge of the Office 2013 package, mainly Excel
- Extended knowledge in the field of Supply Chain processes is an advantage
- Affinity with IT and the functioning of ERP systems
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar job
