Mapping of obligations
The way the EU Directives on WEEE (2002/95/EC), Batteries (2006/66/EC) and Packaging (94/62/EC) have been implemented by the EU Members States differ dramatically. This makes it difficult for companies to manage their environmental regulatory compliance.
The local registration requirements are by no means harmonized and environmental declarations can be a significant administrative burden.
WEEE, batteries and packaging
In a professional way, Pincvision maps the local producer responsibility obligations based on your business model. We also provide you with advice on how to best comply, supporting you while choosing to comply individually or collectively and/or which compliance scheme to join if necessary.
Waste regulations
Do you transport end-of-life equipment transboundary? In most cases you then need a permit (i.e. waste carrier, waste broker) and you are required to follow specific procedures (e.g. annex VII, notification). Do you need help in determining which procedure(s) apply to you, or would you like to find out which country-specific regulations you must comply with? Pincvision will be happy to advise you!
