Classification of waste
The WSR (Waste Shipment Regulation, or EVOA in the Netherlands) is a European regulation, implemented for the purpose of monitoring international waste product transport.
Waste products are divided into two lists, the green list and the amber list. The classification of waste is based on the risks that these products represent. The list to which a product belongs also dictates the procedure to be followed.
