Pincvision launches Virtual Documents Window
Pincvision launches the application “Virtual Documents Window”. This online application supports the Certificate of Origin (CO) process in a cost-effective way enabling companies to outsource their CO process and still manage this process at any time and any place.
With this new application a Certificate of Origin can be obtained with the click of a mouse, sending the Commercial Invoice in a system generated pdf format to the tool. The process is transparent and accessible to all stakeholders. At any time you can see the status of your request, whether it is pending approval from the Chamber of Commerce or pending legalization of an embassy. The track and trace functionality enables you to check the status of the CO’s in transit.
