Pincvision automates with SaaS solutions

Pincvision has automated a part of its activities with SaaS solutions for its business units Export documents and Intrastat.
Virtual Documents Window
For our business unit Export documents we developed a fully transparent online application, called Virtual Documents Window. This application enables companies to outsource their Certificate of Origin process and still be 24x7 up to date regarding the status of each request. The tool provides visibility, track & trace functionality and a management dashboard with an overview of all costs. The customer can login everywhere, as long as there is an internet connection available.
Declaration Window
Besides Virtual Documents Window we developed an online application for the Intrastat process as well, which is called Declaration Window. With the help of this application customers get attached to the Intrastat (declaration) proces much quicker. The customer has flexibel options to exchange data with Pincvision. Among others the start up phase is shortened comprehensively. So no high implementation costs.
Soon to be expected: At the moment we are working hard on the possibility to process the declarations for Sales listings, VAT and Environmental within the Declaration Window.
